Packages generally require more than one service provider, so we highly recommend you book well in advance.

A credit card # is required when booking any appointment at Bayberry Spa.
When booking packages for more than one guest or for packages that are $200+, a 20% ($25 minimum) deposit is required to hold the reservation.
A 72 hour notice of cancelation is expected for a complete refund of the deposit. A 48 hour cancelation will result in forfeiture of the deposit but no additional fees. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a fee of 100% of the service value.
Failure to cancel by the time of the appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the service price.
