Heated compresses are used to tap, press, and glide over muscles, similar to a hot stone massage. Following the session, clients get to take the farm presses home. Good for up to 4 uses

Our Grief Massage Therapy is offered by a Licensed Massage Therapist who has received continuing education as to how grief can affect the body and emotions. This service is like all other massage sessions, in that it is customized to your specific needs while also providing felt safety to support grievers.
WHAT IT IS NOT:
Our Therapist is not a grief counselor in this setting, but is present to hold a safe space for her grieving client to receive physical relief to the body through compassionate touch. Our intention is not to fix grief, but to provide caring support to those who are suffering.
PASSIVE ASSISTED STRETCH SESSION
Experience a full body stretch routine to help improve flexibility, muscle tension, range of motion and much more. Please dress comfortably as you will remain fully clothed throughout this session.
