We are excited to announce we relocated our spa in August 2020, to a beautiful historic home at 1 North Madison Avenue! You'll find us at the corner of Madison and Broadway, in the heart of Old Town Greenwood, walking distance from a variety of retail shops and restaurants, including Brick and Mortar, Hoosier Brewing Company, Sassafras Tea Room, and Vino Villa, to name a few.
 

We provide customized sessions to meet the needs of our clientele, whether they are looking to address dysfunction with deep tissue or simply want a day of relaxation. Additionally, we host private spa parties, and accommodate the occasional corporate event.
 

Creating an environment that is soothing while promoting a healthy mindset is valuable to us. Our clients appreciate our attention to detail and the personalized care they’ve come to expect. JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS FRONT DESK SUPPORT STAFF

Our ideal support staff candidates will possess the following qualities and skills:

  • ability to multi-task:  scheduling appointments, assisting therapists, or managing guest inquiries

  • attention to detail

  • team player: collaboration and teamwork in a supportive atmosphere

  • professionalism: maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, from appearance to communication, is essential 

  • creating a welcoming environment: providing a warm, inviting, and relaxing space for our guests

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS FOR MASSAGE THERAPY + ESTHETICS


All of our service providers are W2 Employees, with a variable pay to accommodate time “on the table” and off. Our Massage Therapists are currently earning up to $1000+ weekly. We also offer a continuing education stipend, discount on retail, a complementary service each month, and a supportive, friendly environment. 


QUALIFIED APPLICANTS:

  • have current Indiana License for Massage Therapy (LMT) or Esthetics Licensure (LE) in good standing

  • have current professional liability insurance 

  • have experience working in a spa environment preferred, but not required

  • excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor

  • willingness to grow both individually and as a team


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • provide 30 - 90 minute massages, 120 minute a plus (occasionally requested) or various esthetic services, depending

  • guide clients through our service offerings & help choose the types of massage or skin care that would benefit them most

  • take detailed histories from clients, including information about any injuries or conditions (indications/contraindications for massage and bodywork), or perform skin care analysis and make recommendations

  • complete appropriate SOAP charting for each client appointment

  • design sessions around clients’ specific concerns or goals

  • listen to clients during sessions and adjust techniques to meet their needs

  • suggest massage schedules for recurring sessions or recurring skin care appointments as agreed upon

  • attend meetings or training sessions
